1. Machine Introduction
This paper laser cutting machine is equipped with CKLASER latest R50 galvo head and CKLASER 250w RF metal laser tube. Adopting CKLASER patented large format 3-axis dynamic focusing technology, the laser beam is with 0.2mm width, also the scaning speed of gavlo head can be up to 10000 mm/s.It is quite suitable for the paper cutting industries, the most important is that there is no black or yellow cutting edges. It is widely used in the design and cutting of greeting card, invitation card, wedding card, spring couplet,3D book, gift box, cup holder and etc.
2. Machine Advantages
This machine is one of our star models, which is also the most cost effective RF metal tube laser marking machine inside the factory. We are opening mould for the optical patch cover and base, the whole machine is with integrated design to reduce the manual machine installation error and rise up the machine accuracy and stability. As we all know, the more the parts assembly is, the more deviation is for the final machine. We have designed this paper laser cutting machine with the minumum human interference from the very beginning, we have invested heavily in customizing the 5-axis one-time machining facility from Japan and Germany. Also our inspection facility is also updated to Zeiss from Germany, which can ensure the accuracy of 0.002mm.
With regard to the machine software, we are also developing by ourselves, we have more than 20 software copyrights to hold the lead in galvo laser machine industry. Together with more than 200 patents in whole machine design, CKLASER has been the benchmark in the galvo laser machine industry for more than 20 years. 3. Machine Details
We are not only having core technoligies in the machine design, we have also taken all the machine details into consideration. The whole machine is water cooled, we will send one industrial water chiller toghether with the machine. The cool water will enter into the inside cavity of the water cooling plate of the galvo, and hot water will come back to water chiller. Meanwhile, since all the control cards, galvo motors and galvo leans require for a stable humidity so as to avoid moisture condensation, we have added dehumidifier box and activated carbon bags inside the optical path. Moreover, there are 3 layers of sealing for optical path, firstly it is sealing slot design, secondly it is sealing glue, thirdly it is elastic sealing strip, therefore the air tightness of the optical path is guaranteed. Finally, there will be two 750w centrifugal blowers together with the machine, one for smoke extraction, the other one for the worktable suction, which can greatly improve the machine working environment and machine cutting quality.
4. Machine Application
This paper laser cutting machine is primarily used in the paper and cardboard industry for coding and traceability, engraving and cutting, creative cutouts, and anti-counterfeiting marking. They are inkless processing and mainly use CO₂ lasers, which is a high precision and high speed processing method.
