The Machine vinyl cutter is with an integrated cast aluminum body that provides a more stable structure, ensuring consistent processing results. It is equipped with an upgraded optical system with 3-axis dynamic focusing galvo head, which can improve overall processing capacity by four times of normal laser cutting machine. It adopts an electric screw lifting structure and auto focus system, which enables the machine to automatically find the required focal length and guarantees consistent processing effects across different batches of products.
With the 0-delay intelligent galvo head, which supports the processing of smaller characters and finer lines at high speed. Even for machine work table, it has adopted the grid design to ensure the cutting consistency.
With CKLASER self developed software, it can switch the working areas automatically by only one click in software interface, which is friendly for operators. It is suitable for cutting nearly all the non-metallic materials with the thickness from 0.1-2mm, which can get sharp cutting edges and cutting corners for our partners.
Applicable Materials
This Machine vinyl cutter is capable of processing a wide variety of lettering film (heat transfer vinyl) materials, including: Bronzing film / Heat transfer film, Flocking film, Silicone film, PU (Polyurethane) film, TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) film, Reflective film, Foaming film, Thick plate film and etc.
