The laser engraving machine is used for a period of time, and the smoke and dust generated by engraving and cutting have a corrosive effect on the guide rail, so it is necessary to regularly maintain the guide rail.
Turn off the power of the laser engraving machine, clean the guide rail with a clean soft cloth, and then drip lubricating oil on the guide rail. After adding oil, let the slider roll back and forth on the guide rail to ensure that the lubricating oil enters the inside of the slider. After oiling, let the slider roll back and forth on the guide rail. At this time, it is necessary to first install the guide rail. Be careful not to fix it first when installing the guide rail. Install all the fixing nails and keep them horizontal. Then fix the belt and slider, and install the lens. Adjust the direction of the X direction to complete.
2, Mirror | Focusing Mirror Wipe:
Laser engraving machine | After using the laser cutting machine for a period of time, smoke and dust will adhere to the surface of the lens, affecting the depth and accuracy of engraving and cutting. Generally, three reflective mirrors and one focusing mirror are carefully wiped clean with anhydrous alcohol within about a week (depending on the frequency of use of the laser cutting machine | engraving machine).
3, Bearing oiling:
The laser cutting machine uses a large number of bearings. In order to ensure good cutting and carving effects, some bearings need to be lubricated regularly (except for oil containing bearings). Use a clean soft cloth to wipe off the floating soil on the bearings, use a needle to suck the oil into the needle, and then slowly inject the bearings with a needle. Slowly rotate the bearings when injecting oil.
4, Adjustment of tension of synchronous belt (belt):
There are several synchronous belts in the transmission system of the laser cutting machine. If the synchronous belt is too loose, there will be ghosting of engraved fonts. If the synchronous belt is too tight, it will cause wear on the synchronous belt. After using it for a period of time, please adjust the tension screw of the synchronous belt to the appropriate tightness, so that there is no ghosting of the engraved text, and it is recommended that the laser engraving machine and laser cutting machine operate with low noise, or consult the manufacturer's technical personnel.
5, Maintenance of laser tubes:
The laser tube in the laser engraving machine is cooled by circulating water. After long-term use, there may be some white scale inside the tube. We can add a small amount of vinegar to the circulating water to remove the water ditch inside the tube, and then use clean water to flush the inside of the laser tube. This way, the laser tube will be in the best working condition and its lifespan will be extended.
